The Programme is commenced with an aim of making in ignorant to the rural children about the ICTs procedure .It mainly point out to the students of government schools for providing them child technical education and also increase their skill and ability in the field of writing  by providing different skill developing training and education etc.
The Center establish to provide the education and information through computer is known as E-Learning Center, where there will be the facilities of E-mail,Internet,E-library{E-Books,Encyclopaedia,Wikipaedia,Google Search engine }etc.Mainly this education center is focused for the students up to class 10 and the members of Rural telecenter.
