First Agreement with COSA-Nepal

                             According to objectives of Grameen Nepal. ''ICTs For All'' Dovan VDC, Palpa District has been selected to establish a Pilot Rural Telecenter. Observing necessity of Rural Telecenter in the VDC to facilited different types of informative and technological knowledge to the community,Grameen Nepal decided to establish a rural telecente in the village with the coperation of COSA -Nepal.
                        ''Let's make an IT Village Movement'' with hand to hand partnership and to fulfill the concept of LRTDP Project agreement is done between Mr.Santosh Sherchan member COSA-Nepal (Co-ordinator -RTC Dovan)and Mr. Anjan Dhakal chairperson of Grameen nepal.

Observing necessity of Rural Telecenter in the VDC to facilited different types of informative and technological knowledge to the community,Grameen Nepal decided to establish a rural telecente in the village with the coperation of Shree Laligurash Yuva Club,Rupandehi.
